Survey / Research

Survey research is a unique methodology that can provide insight into individuals’ perspectives and experiences and can be collected on a large population-based sample.HACOF has become a leader in the advancement of all aspects of data collection, design and implementation, from designing survey questions and drawing samples to maintaining data collection processes of the highest quality and delivering user-friendly datasets.



Capacity Building and Organization Development

HACOF also provides assistance to client organizations working in the area of peace building and post-conflict reconciliation. The organization works to study the root causes that drive and sustain conflicts and to craft sustainable strategies to overcome them. It also provides training for local elders, the youth and women groups on governance and conflict resolution skills.



Monitoring & Evaluation

Governments and donors are very much interested in the impacts resulting from the application of development initiatives and programs in the East African region. M&E services are highly required to ensure the achievement of objectives, examine compliance with timeframes and estimate the extent of positive effects.
